MEET OUR TEAM
Dave Scudder
Dave has over 30 years of experience in the staffing services industry, particularly in the areas of management consulting and business development for a broad range of clients within the technology, marketing, finance and consulting markets. Prior to founding DLS Solutions, Dave spent 20 years as managing partner of Intelligent Capital Network where he developed a reputation for producing results for his clients while supporting his corporate goals. He also holds experience as Senior Vice President of a regionally recognized technology staffing firm driving the organization’s annual sales from $1 million to over $30 million in a 6 year period. Dave resides in the western suburbs of Philadelphia, practicing yoga and longing for the days when his golf game was impressive. He is a graduate of Mount St. Mary’s University.
Jeff Keller
Jeff began his career as a recruiter before becoming Director of Business Development at WineAccess. There, his responsibilities included the hiring and training of employees across several different departments and teams. After his next business development role as a partner in the Y-Combinator backed Underground Cellar, Jeff became an independent consultant advising direct-to-consumer startups on creating new work environments to maximize the talent of their teams. Jeff is a music enthusiast with an affinity for small concert venues. Never far from the tech community, he still keeps an eye on what the latest startups are disrupting. He also enjoys fishing in the Florida Keys or hiking in the mountains, playing paddle tennis and cooking at home in the West Chester area. Jeff is a graduate of Fairfield University.
